Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

  • Are the workouts outdoors all year round?
YES! Being outdoors is central to our philosophy of getting in shape physically as well as mentally! "Come rain or shine this workouts is mine"! We try to be outdoors as much as possible, even if it rains. If needed, most of our locations have a small shelter to take cover. Of course if there is an orange or red alert, we switch (exceptionally) to online workouts. You will be notified via our app/email if we change from outdoors to online.

  • I am pregnant: when can I join, and is it safe?
Most women join when they are 12-16 weeks pregnant. You can start from the first moment you find out, or join at any stage during pregnancy (if no medical contraindications by your doctor). Our trainers are especially qualified in pregnant and postnatal workouts, and our workouts are set up by a team of professionals and health experts. We focus on keeping you fit all while choosing only exercises that are safe to do in your pregnancy.

  • I recently gave birth, when can I join?
We welcome you from 6 weeks postnatal on, after you've been cleared by your doctor. We first check your diastasis, and then we start with gentle exercises to connect with your new body. A big focus is put on your pelvic floor and your core rehabilitation. No woman runs during our workouts before 12 weeks postnatal, and we build up your running endurance slowly.
Everyone's body reacts differently after giving birth, if you don't feel ready to join us at 6 weeks postnatal, please take your time to recover and get in touch whenever you are ready.

  • Not sure which workout to join?
Your children are no babies anymore but you are out of shape? You do not have children at all? Get in touch with us and we'll help you decide.

  • What materials do I need to bring?
We will provide you with a resistance band, and there is no need of a mat. Please bring a water bottle, and dress in your sports clothes and shoes. The best way of choosing your clothes is in layers, which you can put on / off as needed, and maybe a cap to protect you against sun / rain.

  • Can I bring my children?
Of course babies and siblings are welcome to the workouts. We encourage you to use this time of workouts for yourself and be without children, but we have full understanding if you don't have an alternative. Young babies can be in the stroller, in the carrier, or on a mat on the floor, and we adapt the workouts as needed.

  • What are HIIT Workouts?
HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. We use short periods of 20 / 30 / 60 seconds intervals of exercises, with you working at a very intense level and then resting during a slower recovery period, followed by another round of high intensity.
