All classes are combining levels (HIIT THE PARK, PREGNANT and POSTNATAL) except for Wednesday mornings in Belair, where they are split into 2 groups, and Tuesday night in Belair, which is only for HIIT THE PARK level.

All our workouts can be adapted to every fitness level.

Find us in the centre of the park: we will be on the grass field with the statues on it, between the communal administration and the kiosk.

You can park either at the parking next to the church or next to CIPA.

Enter the Park from the soccer field / Parking Schlasspech.

Turn left before the small playground, direction dogpark, and you will find us in the middle field, under the trees.
