Are you pregnant or did you recently give birth?
Then this class is for you!
Pregnant ladies can join us at any stage of your pregnancy, from the beginning until week 42, no matter your fitness level*. Everyone who wants to become or stay active is welcome!
Postnatal workouts start at the earliest from 6 weeks after giving birth*. We check your diastasis, focus on your pelvic floor recovery, and adapt the intensity according to your recovery.
Babies and siblings are of course welcome.
For each exercise our qualified trainers provide alternative variations,
allowing you to train at just the right intensity.
